At Mosae Sports you have 30 days to return your product. We've made this very easy for you! Below you will find all the information you need to know to return your product(s).

How many days do i have to return my product?

From the moment you receive your package, you have 16 days to notify us which product(s) you want to return. After that you have another 14 days to complete the actual return to Mosae Sports.

How can I return a product?

There are two ways to return a product. The most easy and free way is to drop off the product at Mosae Sports in Maastricht. The second way is to send the product to Mosae Sports: Cantecleerstraat 85, 6217 BV Maastricht. It's important to note your name and order number when returning the product. Mosae Sports will not reimburse the costs of returning products. When you want to exchange your product we will send the new product to you free of charge.

I want to exchange the product. How do I do that?

It's not a problem if you want to exchange a product for another size or for a completely new product. Let us know which product you would like to receive and in which size. It's also important to send your name and order number with the return. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount. When the new product is cheaper than the original amount, the difference will be transferred to your account within 1-5 working days.

Can I get a refund if I return a product?

Absolutely! When you return a product within the return period and in undamaged condition, you will receive a full refund. Once we have received the product, your money will be transferred to you as soon as possible and at the latest within the statutory period of 14 days. Please clearly indicate that you would like to receive your money back.

Are all products covered by the exchange or return guarantee?

Custom made products with a personal print are not standard covered by the exchange and return guarantee. In this case contact us by phone. Together we can archieve a suitable solution.

How do I return a product if I want to make use of the warranty?

If our employees indicated that your product qualifies for warranty, please clearly indicate that it is a defective product and which solution you have agreed with the employee. I received the wrong article. What to do?

If you received an item that you did not order, there is probably a mistake made by us. Very annoying, but we will solve it for you! If you return the product to us, we will refund the shipping costs and send you the correct product. Please indicate when you return your package that you received with the wrong product and also which product you are missing. Our team will do the rest!
